Community Engagement

Nottingham is the 6th richest and also the 7th poorest City in the UK. To address this inequity the voluntary and community, public and private sectors have been brought together under One Nottingham with the aim of combining the knowledge and skills of a range of partners to improve employment rates for those living in the most disadvantaged wards. By linking more closely with our priority communities we can gain a better understanding of the needs and barriers to achieving improved employability within the eligible workforce.
