Future Jobs Fund County Enhancements

The contract is now full

To ensure the Future Jobs Fund was a complete package for those employees entering the scheme Enable worked closely with a range of local partners to provide several enhancements.  This ensured that all the Future Jobs Fund employees received an all encompassing set of features.

The Enhancements

Enable developed partnership arrangements with Next Step to ensure that all of the FJF employees received careers guidance sessions helping them to think through their career goals and expectations.

Furthermore following additional funding from Nottinghamshire County Council’s emda Single Programme we were able to offer:



  • Jobs search support to FJF employees

  • The option of studying for an NVQ

  • Wheels to Work support for FJF employees facing transport issues

  • Access to mentoring training for FJF employers so that their FJF employees are fully supported by effective mentors in their workplace

  • Money management training for FJF employees

  • GOAL’s motivational training programme for FJF employees
