Full time 37 hours per week – Fixed term to cover maternity leave
Salary Scale – SO1 -29 - £24,646
Enable is supporting the voluntary and community sector to play an increasingly important role in the delivery of learning and skills provision within Nottinghamshire’s deprived communities. We are seeking to recruit a high calibre Quality Improvement Lead, to stimulate and co-ordinate quality improvement actions within the Consortium in order to ensure high quality learning provision that meets OfSTED requirements.
Main Tasks: Plan and co-ordinate an ongoing programme of activity and support designed to deliver quality improvement within the learning provision delivered through Enable’s VCS Consortium.
The skills and experience we are looking for:
• Experience of working within the field of learning and skills in the VCS sector in a co-ordination or management role
• Experience of implementing quality improvement processes for the delivery of learning and having an understanding of OfSTED requirements.
