Thank you to everyone who took part in the Skills Pledge programme.
If you completed the full Training Needs Analysis we hope you will continue to use it to identify and develop ways that will help improve your organisation and skills in the future.
The feedback has been very positive. Many organisations have used the process to consider where they are and acted on where they need to be. This enables them to be sustainable for the future.
Many previously unknown in house skills were identified and many new options opened up. It was great to see organisations finding solutions to their training needs either with the help of Enable or by themselves.
One of the key elements that came out of this is that there needs to be improved networking within our sector and we are pleased to be able to report that this process has managed to link up several organisations and will continue to do so. Our newsletters, member meetings and Annual General Meetings will continue to increase your networking opportunities.
Attached is a grid of needs identified by the respondents. In the section marked 'other' the list is not exhaustive but a sample of the wide range of individual and specialized needs that were identified during the year.
For organisations who completed the Training Needs Analysis, any future opportunities that arise that match your criteria will be forwarded on to you.
