The One Nottingham People Exchange Programme is intended to develop Nottingham's leaders by training with colleagues across different organisations. There are dedicated third sector places for each element of the programme.The working in partnership skills module will be tailored to the specific needs of participants.

Its aim is to:

• explore how to identify and work with differing organisational cultures to deliver the Sustainable Community Strategy and meet common objectives


• support your capacity to negotiate and influence within the partnership context


• increase your capacity to develop the skills and behaviours needed to ensure effective and efficient partnerships and partnership working


• help build your own networks across partners in the city

To confirm your place One Nottingham will require a £100 deposit, which will be returned to you after completing the two day course.
