Invoice
Deadlines We have started a new system for
invoicing, to allow sufficient time for your invoices to be
processed and for you to get paid. This means that each month
we will set a date that we need to receive your invoices by.
We will then pay you the following month. The next invoice cut
off date is 21 September 2010 (if you are a
Future Jobs Fund employer see below). Your invoices must
be received by this date to ensure that you are paid in
October. Any invoices received after this date will be
processed in October and paid in November. We will remind you
of approaching dates through future e-bulletins. The current
invoices in by dates are: 21/09/10, 21/10/10,
22/11/10, 17/12/10, 24/01/11, 21/02/11, 23/03/11,
25/04/11, 23/05/11, 23/06/11 and
25/07/11.
Future Jobs Fund Invoice

the correct content for invoices please call Jennie Harding
(Projects Support Officer) on 0115 934 9516.

Learning
Records Service The Learning Records
Service, the information authority and the Data Service have
published a Unique Learner Number (ULN) top tips guide
designed to support providers in the application of
the ULN. In August 2010 the ULN became a mandatory field
in the Individualised Learner Record (ILR). This guide
includes tips on the best time to generate ULNs and ULN
requirements in the 2010/11 ILR specification. This guide
also showcases the good practice that Lewisham College has in
place that other providers can follow to ensure as many
learners as possible can benefit from having a valid ULN,
without any additional admin burden to the
provider. Read more
