ESF Co-financing
The Skills Funding Agency is tendering for the delivery of provision for young people NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). Enable has submitted an expression of interest (PQQ). We will know whether this has been successful by 5 October and if it is we will be invited to submit a full tender. The PQQ did not provide any details about the type of provision required, how much funding is available or how many learners it will target. We will need to decide whether to submit our own tender, on behalf of members, or join a wider partnership, perhaps with Nottingham and Notts Futures / Connexions. We will have a clearer view about which approach we recommend when we have seen the tender specification and talked to Connexions and others. At this early stage, it would be helpful to know whether or not your organisation would be interesting in being part of a tender for this provision or (in confidence) whether you have submitted your own PQQ. To discuss this further contact Don Hayes on 0115 934 9543 or email
