Learner Evaluation of Learning Experience Forms 2009-10 and the Prize Draw!
Thank you to all the Partners who have contributed in ensuring the feedback forms are returned and to all the learners who took the time to complete the forms.  Enable has had an 18% increase in the number of forms received compared to the previous year. As you will be aware all learner names are put into a prize draw from which 2 learners are picked at random. O one had been at Steps (City) and the other at Mansfield CVS (County). The feedback received by Enable will be used as part of continuous improvement to inform Enable’s Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and in due course, Partners will receive their own individual reports relating to the feedback received. Where Partners contract with Enable for delivery, it is mandatory to complete the forms.  For 2010-11, following discussions at the Learner Involvement Strategy Group, in addition to completing feedback at the end of the delivery, two additional forms have been introduced to complete, at the start and middle (dependent on length of delivery).  Feedback can be completed using hard copies of forms or on line.  Any queries please refer to your contract or contact your Contract Manager.

Enable are currently working with 85 of these organisations in Nottinghamshire and the city to develop their Training Needs Analysis.  Clear benefits are emerging from the increase in support and networking that this process is producing. To find out more or to sign The Skills Pledge, contact Nick Taylor (Workforce Development Adviser) on 0115 934 8495 or email nick@enable.uk.net
