Train to Gain is a National initiative that is managed by the Learning and Skills Council. The core aim is to make the UK workforce better skilled and more competitive.

Through Train to Gain, the Learning and Skills Council will FULLY fund the cost of training for eligible staff and crucially, volunteers in a range of NVQ qualifications at level 2 and there are also opportunities to gain level 3 NVQ qualifications.

Enable are pleased to announce that from September 2008 we will be able to offer staff and volunteers of Voluntary and Community Sector organisations support in gaining access to Train to Gain Services throughout Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
