GAINN is a Community Lottery funded project through Enable. 

We work with 17 to 24 year-olds who are struggling with social isolation, anxiety, and other mental health challenges who live in North Northamptonshire. 

This project helps people to overcome challenges that prevent them from being socially involved and supports them to build confidence to enable them to enter employment, education or training as well as living a less isolated life and improve their well-being.

The approach is very person-cantered and individualised with a mix of one-to-one meetings with a mentor, social activities and signposting to other services that may be of benefit and support.

People can self-refer or be referred via other services such as the Job Centre, mental health services, careers services or education provision.
