Smart and Inclusive
Leadership
The Smart and Inclusive Leadership (SAIL) project offers employees of SMEs working across the D2N2 area with training oppurtunities to develop into leaders for the future, from basic skills and Level 1 bespoke learning, through to Level 5 qualifications.
The Smart and Inclusive Leadership project is part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and supports employees of SMEs to access free bespoke, employee-led training, career coaching and advice to up-skill their employees in vocational and high -level technical skills.
Course Details
Course Length
A full award on leadership & management can take 3 months
Unit Length
One unit can take 4 weeks (1 hour of study time a week)
These qualifications are completely free, delivered online (unless it's a group session) and learners will have the full support of a tutor throughout their course.
