Course Outline
This course is ideal for new, aspiring or practicing supervisors, team leaders or managers.
The Smart and Inclusive Leadership (SAIL) project offers employees of SMEs working across the D2N2 area with training oppurtunities to develop into leaders for the future, from basic skills and Level 1 bespoke learning, through to Level 5 qualifications.
The Smart and Inclusive Leadership project is part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and supports employees of SMEs to access free bespoke, employee-led training, career coaching and advice to up-skill in vocational and high -level technical skills.

Course Length
4 hours to 3 months depending on level of qualification.
Unit
Length
Top up your bespoke learning with just 4 hours of additional study to gain your first certificate.
The qualification is unit-based and the content will differ according to the combination of units used by each delivery course.
How many units do I need for a qualification?
When can I start my course?
Anytime, this is a rolling programme. If you are studying at your employers with a group of colleagues then course dates will be arranged to suit work comittments.
Cost
These qualifications are fully funded delivered online (unless it's a group session on site) and learners will have the full support of a tutor throughout the course.
